Rickey Jewel Duncan died Jan. 14, 2013 in Dallas. He was born July 26, 1954 in Fort Worth.
Rickey was a Granbury resident and loved helping his family in the General Granbury Birthday celebration. They competed 30 years before retiring. He was an electrician by trade and loved fishing, hunting and gardening. He will be missed by his family and friends.
Survived by daughter: Haylie Estes and husband Phillip, parents R.O. and Opal Duncan, all of Granbury; sisters: Vickie Collins of Brock, Linda Ewing and husband Edward of Nashville, Tenn.; brother Mike Duncan and wife Dray of Bluff Dale, aunt Patsy and husband Bob of Fort Worth, aunt Bobbie and husband James of Center, aunt Sue Gomez of San Diego, Calif. and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by brother Robbie Duncan.
Memorial services: Triple Cross Cowboy Church in Thorpe Springs. Pastor Ray Lane officiating, 1 p.m. Saturday Jan. 19, 2013.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Shriner Hospital.
