Patsy Humphrey of Granbury, 77, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at her Granbury residence.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Lakeside Baptist Church. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 at Wiley Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Loaves and Fishes c/o Lakeside Baptist Church or Christian Women Job Corps of Granbury.
Mrs. Humphrey was born Jan. 17, 1936, in Panther, W. Va., to Ross and Ethel Lowe Cline. She married Carroll Elton “Rusty” Humphrey, Feb. 12, 1955, in Dallas.
She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. Patsy loved women’s ministries and was involved in the Heart to Heart women’s ministry in Dallas. Patsy was a former member of the Northwest Bible Church in Dallas. She was a teacher and mentor to younger women, was involved in mission work and in helping others.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Ross and Ethel Cline, and a brother, Bob Cline.
Survivors: Husband, Rusty Humphrey; children, Brad Humphrey and wife, Jeanie, Shari Crosby and husband, Ken; grandchildren, Katie and Nathan Devine, Colby and Emily Humphrey, Lauren Crosby.
