Norris Tennison “N.T.” Warden, born February 27, 1938 in Parker County, Texas passed away on January 18, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlie E. Warden and Gerlina Littlefield Warden, his sister Marzell Warden and by Arlen Ball.
He is survived by his wife, Eva Marwitz Warden of Hico, Texas, one daughter, Marzell Cox and husband Kenneth, sons J.C. Warden and wife Marla, R.T. Warden, A.L. Warden and wife Diann; grandchildren Renea Warden Whitsitt, Le’Cretia Cox Harris, McGarry Warden, Jason Warden, Daniel Cox, Jacob Cox, Nathan Cox, Le’Shauna Cox, Z.T. Warden and Gerlina Warden.
N.T. was as a stonemason for all of his life and proudly served our country for several years as a United States Marine. N.T. enjoyed remodeling projects, laying rock, taking care of the cows and fishing. The greatest joys of his life were his wife of 53 years, his kids and grandkids, and singing gospel songs for the folks in nursing homes.
Visitation: Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Harvest Hills Funeral Home, Hico, Texas. Services: 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 21, 2013 at Harvest Hills Funeral Home, Hico, Texas. Burial: Soda Springs Cemetery, Parker County, Texas.
