Norma Headrick, 76, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 9, 2013.

Norma was born Sept. 16, 1936 in Fort Worth. She was predeceased by her father, Norman Bunch and mother, Lois Marie Bunch. She graduated from Tremble Technical High School and attended Texas Women’s University receiving her Bachelor of Science, then received her Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling at North Texas State College.
Norma retired from Fort Worth Independent School District after 40 years having taught physical education, coached tennis, other sports and retired as a high school guidance counselor at Pascal High School. She was a member of Fort Worth and Granbury Retired Teachers Associations and a member of University Christian church. Her life was centered around her colleagues and friends, but especially her family, particularly her grandson Kyle, whom she adored. She loved going to lunch regularly with the “retired girls” to catch up on all the news.
Survivors: She leaves to cherish her loving memories, her devoted husband, James Headrick, her daughter, Paige Kleckner, son-in-law, Bill Kleckner, grandson, Kyle Kleckner, her mother, Ruth Bunch, and James’s loving sisters and brother, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Norma requested donations be sent to your favorite charity.
