Larry D. Molder of Rainbow, 66, passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 in Rainbow.
Service: 10:03 a.m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2013 at Wiley Funeral Home in Glen Rose. Interment: Squaw Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 at the funeral home in Glen Rose. Memorials: American Cancer Society in Glen Rose.
Larry was born April 2, 1946 in Granbury to Raymond and Ruby Riley Molder. He married Susan Gale Watkins on Jan. 16, 1976 in Glen Rose. He was a loader operator for Unimin Corporation.
He loved baseball and coached Little League and Pony League in Glen Rose for many years. He watched a lot of baseball on TV and supported the Texas Rangers. Larry enjoyed watching old westerns, hunting, a good laugh and loved his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Judy Harkcom, Glena Westmoreland and Billie Harkcom.
Survivors: Wife, Susan Molder; children, Sharra and husband, Shawn Kucera and Paul and wife, Susan Molder; grandchildren, Alisha Edwards, Brian Blair, Jr., Miranda Molder, Ryan Chase Blair, Michael Molder, Makayla Kucera, Ethan Kucera and Zach Kucera; sisters, Lovena Jo Overton and Gwenda Evartt; brother, Garry “Pepper” Molder; a number of nieces and nephews.
