Kenneth Bruce Clement, 70, of Granbury, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Nov. 8.
Ken was born on Nov. 30, 1942 in San Gabriel, Calif., to James and Alice Clement.
He grew up in Southern California and later moved to Chico, Calif. where he lived for over 30 years, making many good friends. Seven years ago, he moved to Granbury where his good-natured personality added more friends.
He was an accomplished craftsman, having spent 45-some years as a builder.
Ken loved the Lord, his family, his friends and his faithful dog, “Mitzy.”
Ken was preceded in death by his dear parents.
His family and extended family will miss him greatly. Besides DeeDee, they include his son, Darin, of Bend, Ore.; his daughter, Leslie, of Quincy, Calif.; grandchildren Briana and Alina Clement of Bend, Ore.; brother Rod (wife Janet) of Fullerton, Calif.; sister, Cathy Hardy (husband Jerry) of LaVerne, Calif.; and brother Bert (wife Jo Lynne) of Paradise, Calif.
Also missing him are DeeDee’s daughter, Trish Reiner and her daughters Mackenzie and Miranda Paige, to whom he was Dad and Grandpa.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today, Saturday, Nov. 23, at the Glen Rose campus of StoneWater Church, 5645 N. Highway 144, (South Morgan Street) between Granbury and Glen Rose.
