Darvin L. Sadler of Tolar, 84, passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 in Granbury. Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Interment: Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Tolar. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at the funeral home.
Darvin was born May 6, 1928 in Tolar to John Paul and Ardilla Collins Sadler. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and retired from Sadler Heating and Air Conditioning in 1994. Darvin was a lifelong Tolar resident.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Joe Camp.
Survivors: Caregiver, Janice Gregory of Tolar; son, Lynn Sadler and wife, Norma of Bluff Dale; daughter, Kathy Sadler of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Brandon Sadler and wife, Amanda and Danielle Sadler; great grandson, Barrett Sadler; brothers, Jerry Sadler and wife, Charlotte of Weatherford and Alton Sadler and wife, Ophelia of Fort Worth; sister, Louise Camp of Fort Worth; several nieces and nephews.
