Bobby G. Zinn of Granbury, 71, passed away Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, in Fort Worth.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life service: 2-4 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013, at the Pecan Plantation Club House.
Mr. Zinn was born June 13, 1941, in Bandon, Ore., to George Winfred Zinn and Eula Sanders Zinn. He married Elaine Krugman, Sept. 16, 1961, in Temple, Texas. Bobby had been Granbury resident since 1995. He retired from the Santa Fe Railroad (now Burlington Northern) in 1999.
He enjoyed hunting with his grandsons and sons-in-law, just being outdoors and woodworking.
Preceding him in death were his parents, brothers, Billy, Boyce, half-brothers Sam, Bud, Jimmy and Lee, and half-sister, Argie, who all had lived in Temple.
Survivors: Wife, Elaine Zinn of Granbury; daughters, Amy Edgar and husband Jay of Olathe, Kan., Alissa Tevis and husband Trent of Hayesville, Kan.; grandchildren, Jayme Edgar, Jace Edgar, Tarent Tevis, Grant Tevis; twin sister, Betty Hoyle of Troy, Texas; brother, Charles Zinn and wife, Wanda, of Centerview, Mo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
