One person, no horses, transported

The driver of this Dodge Ram pickup pulling an empty horse trailer, an 80-year-old woman who lives on a farm outside Granbury, was transported to Lake Granbury Medical Center as a precaution after the vehicle and trailer left the rain-slicked roadway in the 7700 block of Hill City Highway (FM 56 South) about 10 miles south of Granbury shortly before 11 a.m. on Tuesday. A DPS trooper at the scene said she was the lone occupant, and no other vehicles were involved.
