January 5, 2013

After a Granbury Police officer checked on a vehicle parked at Hunter Park shortly before 2 a.m. on Dec. 19 and made contact with a 38-year-old Midland woman, he placed her under arrest after locating “a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine,” Deputy Chief Alan Hines said.

Brandi Butler Plumlee was charged with a second-degree felony count of possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, more than 4 grams/less than 200 grames, Hines said.

Plumlee was released from custody on Dec. 21 after posting a total of $22,500 in bonds, Hood County Jail records show.
