Quarters won’t be so tight for folks conducting city of Tolar business once the new city hall is built this summer. The location will have high visibility on the north side of Highway 377, behind the present City Hall property at 105 Pine Street. Four Corners Building Co. in Stephenville was awarded the bid for the freestanding metal building. The building will set back off the street slightly to allow for a small grassy area. The front of the building will be set in stone to blend in with surrounding historical structures. A groundbreaking took place at the site Tuesday afternoon.
