Three major water line leaks in Western Hills Harbor early Monday morning left almost 400 homes without water.
Repairs were made by Tuesday morning, according to officials with the water provider, Monach Utilities.
“Monarch Utilities field technicians found and repaired three significant leaks in the Western Hills Harbor area,” said Janice Hayes, communications manager for Texas Utilities/Southwest Water Company.
“Water to the plant serving the 395 customers had to be interrupted for the repairs.”
Residents had been dealing with a boil water notice through mid-week, awaiting test results, but Hayes said by email Friday morning that it had been canceled.
Hayes said that information and updates on the water situation are posted for Western Hills Harbor residents at the entrances of the subdivision.
