Ms. Melissa Bemis of Houston and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bemis of Joshua announce the engagement of their daughter Kassandra Bemis to Stuart Thompson, both of Granbury.

The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Thompson of Granbury.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Weatherford College with her associate’s degree. She is currently working on a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She is employed with Acton United Methodist Church in Acton.

The future groom is a graduate of Weatherford College with his associate’s degree in fire science and administration. He is employed as a plumber with Classic Plumbing of Granbury.

The couple will be married at Willow Lake Gardens in Weatherford on Saturday, June 15, 2012.
