Mobile Food Pantry will provide fresh groceries next Saturday
The Mobile Food Pantry will be at the Granbury First United Methodist Church (FUMC) distribution site Saturday, Oct. from 9-11:30 a.m.
Fresh food distribution through the Tarrant Area Food Bank’s Mobile Pantry takes place on the third Saturday each month at Granbury FUMC, 301 Loop 567. The mobile pantry provides fresh produce and meat that is often not available weekly at the community food pantries in Hood County.
Local organizations working together to coordinate the mobile pantry distribution include Loaves and Fishes at Lakeside Baptist Church, Granbury United Methodist Church, Christian Service Center at the Church of Christ, Mission Granbury, Joseph’s Locker, StoneWater Church and Generations Church.

BLUFF DALE AREA FOOD PANTRY
Sponsor: Bluff Dale United Methodist Church. Hours: Wednesday from 2-4 p.m., last Wednesday of the month from 5-7 p.m. Beginning in October, the 5-7 time on the last Wednesday will be canceled. Instead the hours will be 2-4 p.m. on Wednesdays. More information: 254-728-3286.
