Ladies enjoy adventure

It was late January when, Jeanne Young, Judy McGee, of deCordova, and two other gals from Fort Worth area, took a 12 day cruise thru Australia and New Zealand on the Celebrity Solstice. Judy said it was one heck of a plane ride to get to Sydney, but well worth it in the end.

An almond sniffing dog caused a delay in the Brisbane airport so they missed their connection but eventually arrived in Sydney. They toured the Sydney Opera House and Bondi Beach, then went down to Melbourne, two days at sea to get to New Zealand.

Next they went up the coast spending the night on land in Queenstown, a stop at Hobbiton where they toured the movie set then headed back to the States from Auckland.

Judy said it was beautiful countryside, a beautiful ship and wonderful food. They all highly recommend this trip to everyone.
