This past summer the Texas A&M Forest Service conducted a drought survey of the area to assess the damage done to trees.
The Hood County Horticulture Committee will host a program Monday to share the results of the survey.
Chris Brown, program coordinator, Texas A&M Forest Service, will be the guest speaker and will share the findings.
In addition, participants will receive information on how to best help your tree through drought years.
The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Texas A&M Forest Service building, 450 Howard Clemmons Road.
The cost for the program will be $10.
