It was a trip to the World of Disney Saturday evening as choir students from Granbury High School and Crossland Ninth Grade Center performed a “Be Our Guest” dinner theater to a huge crowd at the GHS Bagby-McMahan Performing Arts Center.

The high school choir, under the direction of Joy Hope, performed several Disney songs.

Led by Greg Doss, Crossland choir students began the program with hits from Disney classics like “Mary Poppins,” “Snow White,” “Pinocchio” and “The Jungle Book.”

GHS choir members singing solos or in ensembles were Cindy Adams, Cody Bridges, Kennedy Brown, Krystyn Buchanan, Josh Carpenter, Peter Dowd, Ally Gonzalez, Connor Krebbs, Kyle Mayes, Nick Mayes, Dakota Medlin, Nate Milson, Eva Murphy, Joel Reid, Abby Ritchmond, Monica Sanchez, Madison Seymore, Crystal Simmons, Tori Townsend, Grant Watts, Natalie Willingham and Herry Yehhsuan-An.

Freshman soloists were Baylee Davis, Mark Hartgraves, Dakota Paulo, Jade Reneau and Reagan Slade.

Narrating was GHS student Juan Gutierrez along with freshmen Colton Collins and Madison Miller.

Instrumentalists were Jeremy Bowen, Christine Bridges and Tim Hope. Manning the sound and light boards were Phil Groeschel and Bob Peacock.
