Stock Show records go through the roof

Auctioneer Lonnie Johnson oversees Saturday’s record-busting Hood County Junior Livestock Show premium sale inside the Courts Cleveland Show Barn. The Granbury New Car Dealers Association outdid themselves this year with a record-shattering $30,000 top bid for Acton eighth-grader Macey Burch’s grand champion steer. After records exploded with the grand and reserve champs, sales remained robust throughout the entire auction.
