Staff honors breast cancer survivors

October 6, 2012

Granbury ISD is honoring National Breast Cancer Awareness Month throughout October. The national observance is an annual international health campaign organized by major breast cancer charities every October to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure. At Emma Roberson Elementary School, the staff honored several teachers who are breast cancer survivors.
