50-year reunion

Saturday, June 8

The Granbury High School Class of 1963 will have its 50th reunion Saturday, June 8 at La Fiesta Restaurant at 5 p.m.

All classmates and friends are welcome. The group will also meet for lunch at the ex-student reunion at the high school the same day.

MarshalL Kay

candidate for

Air Force degree

Granbury’s Marshall Douglas Kay is a candidate for a bachelor’s degree in foreign area studies with a minor in Spanish and a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Air Force.

The ceremony is May 29 at the Air Force Academy.

Kay, the son of Doug and Reda Kay of Granbury, graduated from Granbury High School in 2009 and was the class salutatorian.

After graduation, Kay will begin undergraduate pilot training at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Okla.
