Middle school students perform with region choir

Students from Acton Middle School and Granbury Middle School performed with the All-Region Choir during a clinic and concert Nov. 3 at Joshua High School.

The 58 students selected for the region choir are:


Soprano 1 – Bailey Bitner, Grace Sokol, Mollie Pinkston, Brynn Deger.

Soprano 2 – McKenna Collins, Rylee Hendrix, Hailey Gowens, Emalee Perry, Kamryn Hartman, Liesl Krone, Lauren Chism.

Alto 1 – Skylar Schreiber, Karleigh Hesser, Monica Scott, Olivia Adams.

Alto 2 – Lizzy Garcia, Andi Smith, Ashton Edwards, Bailey Carey, Jordyn Musser.

Tenor 1 – Beau Pritchard, Daniel Adams, Corbin Weeks, Zac Kitching (alternate).

Tenor 2 – Clayton Brown (first chair), Reece Rhodes, Josh Johnson, A.J. Henderson, Ryan Dimas, Dustin Twigg.

Bass – Jacob Wheeler, Ian Damron, Calvin Titus, Blake Brown.

GMS: Soprano 1 – Zoe Breeding, Emily Talley, Savannah Wark, Mikayla Vandergriff, Pamela Montellano.

Soprano 2 – Kimberly Garcia, Katie Banton.

Alto 1 – Cadence Chiappe, Baylie Martin, Jaci Largent, Chloe Cobler.

Alto 2 – Addison Jackson, Faith McDonald, Racheal Young.

Tenor 1 – Jaxon Clay, Max Holly, Joseph Bokor, Colton Bird (alternate).

Tenor 2 – Cameron Randolph, Raul Sandoval, Talon Burkhart.

Bass – Tyler Blevins, Clayton Pittman, Daniel Shelton.

The group was selected from among 600 students competing in TMEA Region 7, which is composed of schools in Fort Worth and extending west to Brownwood.
