GHS students honored with WIT induction

Twenty-two Granbury High School students became the first inductees into WIT, a new student organization focused on career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

WIT – which stands for Workforce Industry Training – is open to high school students and offers educational tools and essential support to pursue educational professional in STEM fields.

Officers are: Charles Wallace, president; Ashton Goodson, vice president; Lily Tunnell, secretary/reporter; and Brandon Lane, student advisor. Faculty advisor is career and technical education department chair and engineering teacher Jud Griffith.
