Basketball is king

Basketball rules in Lipan. With no football program, Lipan ISD celebrates its homecoming on the basketball court on the Saturday following Thanksgiving. Colby Clinton was crowed King and Rhiana Michou Queen during halftime of the boys game against Santo. Both the boys and girls enjoyed a homecoming win against Santo. The girls won 56-41 and the boys 65-63.
