Kia Motors America has recognized the Van Griffith service department for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for the third time. The Van Griffith service staff was rated number one.
The satisfaction banner awards the top qualifying performance OSAT dealer in every Kia Service District across the country. “Winning Kia retailers will have the banner display and bragging rights for an entire quarter,” say Van Griffith.
Service manager is Leonard Scott, and the service team includes: Rick Morgan, Shelly Pool, David Coffer, Bobby Hickman, Hector Delagillo, Heath Glass, Matt Seitz and Concho Trujillo.
Griffith has nothing but praise for his service department and their commitment to maintain the highest standards in customer satisfaction.
