Doni Green, manager of Aging Programs, will speak for the Lunch Bunch at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, at Acton United Methodist Church youth building.
Green will address the free services offerered through the Area Agency on Aging.
Call Action United Methoidst Church at 817-326-4242 to make reservations for lunch and to hear the presentation. Lunch is $7.
EGG DONATIONS NEEDED
FOR COMMUNITY HUNT
Thousands and thousands of eggs are needed for the second annual Community-Wide Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Granbury Parks and Recreation Department.
For donations of plastic eggs or candy (no chocolate), please contact Josh McGinnis, recreation coordinator, at 817-573-7030 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The hunt is Saturday, March 30 at Granbury City Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The community is invited to come out and enjoy family-friendly vendors, entertainment, food, egg hunt, and much more.
The Parks and Recreation Department is currently seeking assistance to put on this community-wide event. Individuals or organizations are encouraged to get involved.

DONATIONS FOR ORIENTAL DANCE BENEFIT SOUGHT
The third annual Evening of Oriental Dance will take place on May 11, at the Granbury Resort Conference Center at 6 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the Granbury Cheetahs, the local Special Olympics delegation.
Sponsors and silent auction items are being sought. Checks can be made to Granbury Cheetahs and mailed to P.O. Box 6912, Granbury 76049.
The event includes musicians, dance performances, silent auction, raffle and refreshments.
