CELEBRATing 10 Years

Hard Eight BBQ was started 10 years ago by Vicki Nivens and her late husband Phillip, along with their son-in-law Chad Decker.

“To celebrate our 10th year, we invite our customers and friends to come by the Stephenville restaurant on Saturday from 11 a.m. to close. You will enjoy seeing our newly remodeled patio, listening to great live music and digging into fresh, and very flavorful, crawfish,” said Nivens. “And what’s a birthday party without games and prizes? Our entire family and staff look forward to spending a fun birthday with all the friends of Hard Eight.”

Hard Eight BBQ is known for its time-tested, old world smoking techniques and serving customers straight from the barbecue pit.

This family owned and operated business also has locations in Coppell and Roanoke.
